Returns

Here at Grace + Glamour Boutique, we pride ourselves in making sure your shopping experience with us is above all others.  If you do not love a purchase you've made, you may return the items in their original condition WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BUSINESS (the days will be calculated from the date of delivery).  All items that are eligible for returns can be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.  Your shipment back to us must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the delivery of the purchase.  Please be mindful we are a small business, and we are unable to refund shipping costs. For this reason, all shipping costs are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.  Sale items, accessories, and other items marked final sale are exempt from returns.

All items MUST be in its original condition.  This means it should be UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED and ALL TAGS ATTACHED.  There is no exception to this policy.  Items which are returned with stains (make-up, deodorant, etc.), pet hair, damage, cuts from self attempted sewing/fixing, washed or with smoke smell will NOT be accepted.  Please understand that we must be strict with this policy due to the health (allergies, asthma, etc.) of other customers. 

Absolutely!  We want to make sure you have items you are in love with.  Being a small business, we have a limited number of Grace + Glamour merchandise, this means we cannot guarantee exchanges. We know how frustrating this can be, so we will issue you a store credit.  If the correct size is available, you can use your store credit to purchase it.

We realize sometimes life happens and you may need to change or cancel your order. We get it! In order to attempt a change in your order, or to cancel your order, you MUST email us immediately. Please note that our email response time can vary between 1-2 days. Once orders have began to process, we will be unable to make any changes.

Be sure your items meet the original condition requirements above. You will need to email us at hello@graceandglamourboutique.com to get the process started.

  • Ship back your item(s) to the address below with the following information inside so that we can contact and issue you your store credit:

    • Order Number
    • Packing Slip (if you still have it)
    • Email (for store credit)

  • Once we receive your return, we will process the item(s) and email you your store credit code if your item(s) meet the original condition requirements stated above.  Please allow us 2-5 business days to process your return.

  • Exchange order will be shipped once the item(s) have been returned to us. 

  • We will reserve all rights to refuse any returns received 14 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not meet our return policy.  So please be sure to read the policy in its entirety. 

  • We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost / damaged return packages.  We are not responsible for packages that were delivered to the wrong address if the address listed on our label was correct.  You must contact your local postal carrier for their mistake.  We can assist, but we are NOT responsible. 

Shipping

Shipping is a flat fee of $8 or FREE for orders over $100.  Orders that are placed prior to 6PM EST will be packed same day and picked up for shipping the next morning. Orders that are placed on the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. 

Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at the buyer's expense, and the initial shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please allow 24 hours from the time that USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.  If 24 hours has passed since USPS tracking shows it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information. This geolocation will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS. If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.  Please reach out to our customer service team via email within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with your geolocation information, so that we may further assist.  

If you have had an order that shows as delivered in the past and this is your second lost package we will forward you to a manager for assistance in filing a claim with USPS. If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Grace + Glamour Boutique at the time of purchase, we will not be held liable for mis-delivery.  If an order lost by USPS is over $200, an email will be sent for address verification before shipping any future orders.

We triple check all items that are shipped out. Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email us at hello@graceandglamourboutique.com within 3 days of receiving the package. We will talk about the package and process the replacement of the damaged, defective, or wrong item.  We will send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available, and the item still has the tags attached. (NO EXCEPTIONS.)  If the item is not available, you will receive a store credit of the original item. You must send photos within 3 days of the item being received for us to accept.

Uncategorized

Be sure that you read your tags on your labels for washing instructions prior to washing the item.  Some items can damage in a washer or dryer if you do not follow the care instructions properly.  Grace + Glamour Boutique is not responsible for faulty items due to lack of proper washing via washing label instructions.  Many clothes are hand wash / lay flat to dry.

Once a clothing item or shoe has been worn, if the items break / tears / rips, Grace + Glamour Boutique is not responsible for those damages unless a common manufacturer issue has occurred and we are already aware of the issue. (However, when it comes to accessories those are FINAL SALE at all times.)

We are not responsible for any damages done while wearing the clothing or shoes. Higher end products tend to be more delicate, so please be cautious.
